Unity Connection external transfer

Hi,

Can the "call Redirect" step in CUE transfer to an external phone number (mobile)? (pots dial-peer)

And is this possible when we use a SIP trunk? (voip dial-peer)

CUE (Unity Express) and Unity Connection all allow this.  The integration (CUCM, CUCME, etc) may require special configuration to allow sip-to-sip or even external transfers.  You need to be very careful when allowing this, obviously, so that you don't accidentally open up a hole that can be exploited for making external calls.
