You'll need a total of 3 call handlers:
1. The Options greeting (English or Arabic)
2. The English Call Handler
3. The Arabic Call Handler
The easiest way is to create the 2nd and 3rd call handlers first and the Options Handler last ( So you can easily point to the language call handlers in your caller input)
I would only do the closed greeting on the Options handler and have that greeting recorded in both English and Arabic with the after greeting option going to the operator voicemail box

CUC has no scripts, it's just call handlers, and caller input to configure a simple AA, the topic has been discussed thoroughly in CSC and I even have a small config guide in my UC FAQ

your are right, am looking for script which gives choice to user to select either English or Arabic keeping default language Arabic.
I have already prepared one script which need little modification.
will appreciate if you could help me out.
Thanks
Shahzad
