Ihave tried in lab, same setup UC1.2 and CCM5.1
I got no result on the query, in the log files. The query result 0 entry.
On 5.x .. UC is suppose to query the AXL Service. So the user must be allow AXL access in ccm5.1.
Result:
I add the CCM5.0 in UC
I got the AXL configured
Test:
Test message successfully sent to AXL server 10.100.0.30:8443.
In the log, while I try to import User from CCM :
[http-443-Processor25] ERROR com.cisco.unity.admin.actions.CCMImportDispatchAction - No axl remote servers configured.
[http-443-Processor25] ERROR com.cisco.unity.admin.actions.SearchImportedUsersAction - No axl remote servers configured.
[http-443-Processor22] ERROR com.cisco.unity.admin.actions.CCMImportDispatchAction - No axl remote servers configured.
[http-443-Processor21] ERROR com.cisco.unity.admin.actions.CCMImportDispatchAction - No axl remote servers configured.
Sound like a bug in UC1.2 ???
Is there any fix for this ? or at least documentation

1. Check if the following taccc note appies for you:
http://www.ciscotaccc.com/kaidara-advisor/voice/showcase?case=K86367052
2. Make sure that you add the Application Server on CallManager and confgure it to use the Administrator login on UC and an AXL Server on UC with with CCMAdministrator account

Thanks,
However, my AXL user on CCM (called "unity") already have the access.
I was troubleshooting a little bit yesterday. I saw in the CCM AXL log (details) the SQL Query coming from Unity, returing nothing ?
The query request for my firstname, lastname ect..
However, The only thing I can see, maybe, there is "info" missing for my "unique" user in CCM, and that lead to the Query to return "error"
But.. this is not clear in the AXL logs

please post the AXL logs, that should help knowing what is causing the issue. Is Unity a part of Super User Role ?? If not, can you ensure that the user is given super use rights and then try importing the user

Hi, did you ever get this resolved? I'm getting similiar symptoms.
After configuring the AXL server, I click on test to confirm it is working. But when i try to import users, it always returns with "no users found".
Is there some specific group that needs to be assigned to the callmanager users to allow import? Or is this a known bug?
I haven't pulled out the log from unity yet.
Unity Connection 1.2.1
Callmanager 5.1

Be sure to associate a device with the end User in CCM and to set the Primary Extension.

Thanks! Once I set the primary extension, it worked!
