Unity Connection IVR - Looping

Hi,

 

We are setting up an IVR - Auto Attendant and the scenario is any body outsiders who calls Reception Board Number, the call goes to Call Handler, In call handler the greetings says "thank you for calling, please dial 0 for operator or dial the required extension".

 

So i have created the call handler with greetings and Caller input 0 set to transfer to alternate extension number..--- 99999  which gets translated to board number 19000. (TP created in CUCM).

 

In CUCM i have created the CTI route point, with DN 19000 and Partition IVR and CSS which has only this Partition IVR. Also FWD all set to Voicemail. 

 

So, now when any body outsiders who calls the Reception number 022 44219000, the call hits the CTI and hits the Call handler, greetings plays, if 0 pressed the call lands on Reception IP Phone and if dialled any extension the call gets transferred. Till here it works fine.

 

We have also Created the IP Phone for Receptionist  with same DN 19000 with Partition Reception and CSS which has only this Partition Reception.

 

Now the issue is, when Internal office users dials the extension number 19000, the call lands on the Receptionist IP Phone and if receptionist doesn't answer the call, then the call goes to Voicemail and Again it hits the call handler and the IVR Greeting plays.. How to avoid this ?? Is there a way, so that the call go to voicemail and hits an different call handler which we have created for auto answer if users doesn't pick ??

 

Please suggest.
