Unity Connection Messaging

I have one user that is not receiving the email from Unity Connection Messaging System for voicemail. The user was receiving the email previously. The Unified Messaging Account is setup properly (same as the other users that are getting the email). When running a test, the output is "Mailbox ___ was successfully accessed". No config change has been made. I am running Unity Connection 10.5.2. All users are LDAP integrated. How do I troubleshoot?
