You'd have to go the CSV dump route and use the bulk import program to create users - there's no full DB migration app going either way (i.e. saving call handlers, interviewers and such) - only top level subscriber data. There's no way to move messages from Connection back to Unity, though. From Unity to Connection there is a message migration app.
