Hi,
We have an Unity Connection installation with multiple languages installed.
Now when the user records greetings via the Phone Interface the interface presents a list of languages to record in. We'd like to limit the user to only record in his/her language and not in any other language. Can this be configured?
Currently we see that users record greetings in the wrong language resulting in wrong prompts being played when callers are forwarded to voicemail.
Regards,
Erik

Where you ever able to solve this?

Hi there
If you installed multiple locales then each user record greeting in different language and the language greeting will be played on based on "inherit language" feature. By dialing from phone it use the default routing rule, and you can create custom rules.

Hope this Helps
Cheers
