Unity connection Port Staus Monitor Not Working

Hi,

 

After upgrading CUCM cluster from version 11.5 to 12.5 and Unity Connection, the RTMT has stopped working port monitor functionality. In addition, a Unity subscriber has been added when before there was only one machine. It has been tested with the new version of RTMT downloaded from the platform.

 

The error it indicates is: Port status query failed:

it used to work correctly and the settings have been imported. Any ideas?

Seeing that bug, version 11 seems affected, now this is 12.
In principle, the machine that has the RTMT is the same as before, and it does resolve the hostname of the machine with the IP as it did before with the Publisher and now with the Subscriber as well.

Yes this versions is showing 11, but you observer this with the second node when upgraded to 12.X, which a match the bug condition. Better to open a TAC case.
