Hi Guys,
I am about to migrate the authentication of the collaboration servers to SAML SSO. Tested on testing environment, CM and IMP was successfully utilise SAML SSO.
After clicking the Export All Metadata, the Enable SAML SSO should be clickable. But it's not the case on Unity. It' still greyed out. Here are the actions that I have tried:
-Restart server
-Tried different browser (Firefox and Chrome)
-Upgrade to 11.5SU11
-Export cluster wide and per node
So far no luck. Anyone experiencing the same issue?

Did you assign an end user the "admin" role? (I think it's "system administrator")
You need such a user then in the activation process of SSO.

Hi b.winter,
I already have a user with system administrator assigned. But it's the local user. Should it be assigned for the LDAP user?

Hi b.winter,
I think I know where I got it wrong. I haven't setup the permission for the end user on the LDAP. I did that on CM and IMP but somehow skipped it on UC. Let me try to do the same and will confirm again here. Thank you.

Hi b.winter,
Yes you are correct. I missed the end user part. Thank you.
