We have a two node CUCM cluster, Cisco Unity Connection 11.0 and PLM installed on ESX server 5.5. Due to the old hardware and EoS/EoL of ESX5.5 we upgraded the CUCM to 12.5 and migrated the server to new server infrastructure. We have also moved the Unity Connection server to the new Server hardware with a new IP address. Due to current COVID situation and all we never had chance to upgrade the Unity Connection server to 12.5. Due to the IP address change now the Unity connection server is unable to communicate with PLM and we are now unable to add new users. We managed to turn on the old server but on the old PLM server the server is showing the old IP of Unity Server. How do I point the server to the old PLM server?

It’s availble on PLM not in unity. Remove the old unity from plm and add it again.

Hi Nitin,
I don't get the option to remove it, the options is not available. During the initial install I removed the PLM from the local server and pointed it to the PLM on the old CUCM.

In PLM webUI remove the CUC and add it back with the new IP.
