Unity Connection Single Inbox - Office 365 Business Essentials vs Office 365 Enterprise

Hi,

My customer is planning to migrate from an on-prem Exchange server to Office 365 in the near future.

The Unity Connection 10.5 documentation confirms that Single Inbox inbox is supported with Office 365, however my customer has asked about whether it will integrate with Office 365 Business Essentials (the service they are planning to migrate to), or whether they need to migrate to one of the more expensive Office 365 Enterprise services to enable this integration.

Can anyone confirm please?

Hi Mike,

As a general rule the Cisco documentation provides information about minimum version of third party software which is supported with any Cisco Application like Unity Connection or CUCM like the Exchange Versions, Windows Versions etc. None of the Unity Connection integration or design guides have a reference to any specific Office 365 edition , so the Business Essentials should work with Unity Connection 10.5.
