Unity Connection Subscriber

Hi,

I add an subscriber for Unity Connection but it doesn't work.

On my publisher i had the second server, in the post installa of second server i say that it's the subscriber

When post install finished i can see my users and configuration .....

I stop the publisher but the subscriber dosesn't work.

I have this information " Communication is not functioning correctly between the servers in the Cisco  Unity Connection Cluster, go to tools/ Cluster management" ans "The Cisco Unity connection cluster subscriber server has changed to Primary Status (failover has occured"

When i go to Tools/Cluster management for my prublisher i can see 16 ports but for subscriber 0 it's my problem ?

Hello,

did you create ports for the 2nd server, Telephony Integrations > Port?

Are you still getting the error?

can you check db replication and ntp status:

show perf query class "Number of Replicates  Created and State of Replication"

utils ntp status

As a fast suggestion, I recommend restarting the publisher, wait 5 minutes, then restart the Subscriber.

Thanks for your replies.

I restarting the publisher and after 5 minutes the subscriber but still the same error until evrything it's working.

Result of of show perf:

==>query class :

 - Perf class (Number of Replicates Created and State of Replication) has instances and values:
    ReplicateCount  -> Number of Replicates Created   = 603
    ReplicateCount  -> Replicate_State                = 2

And show ntp for publisher:

ntpd (pid 28882) is running...

DB Replicatioln looks good. If the IP address/ hostname has not been changed recently, I have nothing to add.
