Unity Connection Upgrade from 8.0 to 11.5

Hello 

I have some questions about Unity Connection upgrade.

1) The upgrade path i choosed it from 8.0 to 8.5, then from 8.5 to directly 11.5. Is that correct path?

2) Are cop files need for the first part - from 8.0 to 8.5 upgrade?

3) Are cop files need for the second part - from 8.5 to 11.5 upgrade?

Have you already reviewed the upgrade guides and RN for those versions??

They contain all the info regarding valid upgrade paths, as well as what COP files might be required, they're the documents that have to be reviewed before any upgrade to plan it.

It details the pre-upgrade, upgrade and post upgrade tasks. Most of the UC apps have such guides available that you can reference for such queries as mentioned by Jaime.
