dear all,we have 2x5508 model controllers and we want to reset them. what about the licenses ? would we be able to use the wlc in original way ?or we will need to reinstall, upload or any other action with current licenses ?

Hi,Actually I can't find the settings for simultaneous logins for users with active directory authentication. That's why i have to open this topic.But we have configuration for guests connection in guest portal setting (I sent the screenshot).

yes, you are right.I can't create tac, and also Cisco support team refuse to assist with root patch because of end-of-support, but it's ok, I understand that they don't have to help us.but they help with rehosting licenses from 2.0 to 2.6

Yes, we already:1. config local storage for logs to 1 day.2. reset M&T database Now I wrote to tac in order they send me root patch and root key. Also I want to:1. purge M&T operational data2. reset M&T session database
