Unity Connection Voicebox without recording

Hello,

is it possible to attach a voicebox to a user without the record feature?

I want a voicebo only for playback a message and then disconnect the call.

Can someone describe the settings or a admin guide topic name where i can find the feature, if possible......

Christian,

A call handler should work for you. Go to Unity web admin > Call Handlers. Create a new call handler and set the After greeting action to "Send caller to" Hang Up. Record a greeting and give the call handler a DN.
