Unity default Password

Hi,

I understand defualt voicemail password is 12345 when I setup the subscriber. For one of my clients defualt password is set to 08XXX and client requested my team to change it to 07XXX. Could you please clarify me where I need to setup this?

Mady,

In Unity administration, go to Subscriber Template. Click Passwords on the left. Update "Phone password for new subscribers" to the new password and save the changes. You will need to do this for each Subscriber Template in use that should have this change.
