I have two CCM clusters each with a Unity VM only and two off box message stores all in the same domain. I was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers on digital networking. Do I have to setup a Dialing Domain.

Yes, setting up a Dialing domain is one of the first steps. Once replication occurs, your Unity servers will see this Dialing Domain available and you can select it for each server.
