Unity Express 8.6 - Can't upload a custom greeting to a mailbox

Trying to upload a prompt that a client wants to standardize on for their general delivery mailboxes across their organization.  They have CUE 8.6 in their smaller locations for AA and for basic voicemail functionality.  I'm trying to apply the prompt to the mailbox, but after I upload it in the java applet (media master or whatever it's called...), it plays successfully, I hit ok, but when i call in, it's back to the system default greeting.

Has anyone hit this issue?  Any ideas on how to get the greeting to stick?

I've had this same problem while using 8.6(2) ... We noticed that everything worked fine when using a Windows XP workstation but gave problems on a Window 7.

We downgraded our Java, on the Windows 7 workstation, to version 7.x and everything started working again.... Give it a try.....

We also had the same problem using Unity Connection 10.5(2).... We had to upgrade Java to version 8.x .... . Give it a try.....
