Unity Express E.164 MWI

Hi all

Currently having an issue whereby a customer has CUE on a site (local laws prohibit centralised VM), they also have a global E.164 dial plan.

VM can be left, and retrieved - CUE just strips off the + inbound. The issue is the MWI light; it passes the number back without the +.

I have tried using the multi tenancy feature with an APDU CSS in CUCM, this however does not work - I think because CUE is using JTAPI and this feature is meant for CUCxN integrations. There is little to no information out there on whether JTAPI can utilise the APDU CSS at all, does anyone know if this should be possible? If not is there a way this can be done?

Add a "show run" from the CUE please.

Not ideal as it means you can't use CUE with and E.164 dial plan
