Where are the mailbox greetings stored in Unity Express? We have our auto attendant prompts and general delivery mailbox greetings professionaly recorded. In Unity, I'm able to copy the WAV file to the Stream Files directory as the greeting for a particular mailbox. Is this possible with CUE?
Thanks,
Brandon

For auto attendant prompts it's pretty simple. You can do it via the GUI (just upload the prompt) or CLI (copy from an FTP server). Take a look at:

Unfortunately, there's no direct way to copy mailbox greetings as .wav files into the system. Currently, the only way to record them is via the phone.

I read your post about the voicemail greetings. Is there a way to copy the recordings from CUE? Migrating from CCME to CUE and this would help make the transition easier on the user.

Only custom prompts can be copied, not user greetings or recorded names. There is no way to migrate this data when going from CUE to Unity or vice-versa.
