After transfering my call to CUE from outside if some one hangup in middle of message recording. CUE keep my FXO port busy for a while.
FXO port configuration.
Voice-Port 1/0/0
no vad
connection plar 1000

You are probably not getting disconnect supervision on the FXO port. Take a look at:
