Unity express problem

HI
we have Unity express 8.x . recently after some power issues at site users are not able to access the voicemail ( locally /outside )
i tried reboot the unity express but no luck . when checked the licenses i got it as :
voicemail disabled, no unexpired installed port license available
ivr disabled, no activated ivr session license available
Can anyone please help resolve the problem . Thanks

Hi KS,
Have you tried reinstalling the licenses as shown in the attached doc?
