Hi
i have a strange issue with unity express.
it was working but suddenly went down.
when i check now i get these messages
service-module service-Engine 0/0 status
Service Module is Cisco Service-Engine0/0
Service Module supports session via TTY line 194
Service Module is waiting for registration message
Service Module status is not available
service Module is Cisco Service-Engine0/0
Service Module supports session via TTY line 194
Service Module is trying to recover from error
Service Module status is not available
i changed module still same.
tried changing IOS but gives me same error
i have 3 ISDN BRI cards also in the system
Router is cisco 2811
please help

Manoj,
Try the following:
service-module service-engine 0/0 shutdown
After entering this command, reload the router. When the router comes back up, try to session to the CUE module. Keep in mind it can take some time for CUE to fully initialize.

and i also tried putting a new module also.
i tested with another router with same module and it works fine

If the module is known to work in another router, sounds like it could be a problem with the connection where the module is seated. I would recommend opening a TAC case.

i tried in 2 AIM slots in router
Both gives me same error.
Both slots will have problem ?
