Unity Failover/ SQL Issue

Have two new Unity 4.04 boxes configured for failover. The failover wizard runs fine and replication completes and all is well. Then after about 10 minutes the log reader and queue reader agent go to a failed state in SQL Enterprise manager with the last action being “The agent is suspect. No response within last 10 minutes.” Any changes I make on the live box (publisher) then no longer replicates over to the failover box. I found two events in the event log during failover setup on the publisher:

Event Type: Error

Event Source: SQLSERVERAGENT

Event Category: Job Engine

Event ID: 212

Date: 10/8/2004

Time: 9:45:53 AM

User: N/A

Computer: UNITYSRV02

Description:

Step 2 of job '[UNITYSRV02].7' (0xB06FDB36DC7144478376266CD3835FB2) cannot be run because the QueueReader subsystem failed to load. The job has been suspended.

Anyone ever see this and if so how did you correct?

I've seen an issue where the backup software had control and cause the error that the agent is suspect.
