Unity Failsafe and more

This was a new Unity 4.0.4 install on a 7815 for a small remote site.... 50 users. Call Manager is working fine.

Things were working fine before I left the site, now we have a problem.

Unity is playing the "failsafe" message when users try to check their voice mail.

"This system is temporarily unable to complete your call, try call again later. Goodbye"

When you try to delete a user you get:

"One or More substitute objects for this subscriber are invalid. This could result in database corruption if you delete this subscriber."

When I try to set the Substitues to EAdmin, I get:

Error Type: 0X80040E14

/WEB/SA/BodyAsp/SysSettBody.asp, line 205

So I cannot change the Substitues and remove accounts.

I checked out:

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/788/AVVID/mailstore-no-start.html#topic2-3

I have found:

Error: 0x8004480A in the MAILBOX_STORE value for the AD Monitor

I am waiting for TAC response for a Password to try to repair this and move foward with the MAPI deletion...etc.. trying to move foward on this document.

I do have a TAC case open, but they obviously don't agree with my urgency!

I am trying to decide on weather or not to just plan a trip back to this location and do a fresh install from scratch, or try to repair it remotely.

I have a very slow Sat Com connection to the site via VNC.

This is a new site install, and 50 users are easy to re-add to the system if I have to restore.

Thanks in advance!

Chris

Well my install was a bit off..

Lessons learned:

Unity will not function correctly on a disk drive that has around 500 MB's left on it.

TAC moved the approrpriate files on a freshly partitioned 60 GB drive and everything was happy.
