When creating a new user in Unity, Exchange mailbox is not being created right away and not working properly. If a call is placed within the first minute of creation then you get a System Error instead of Start Message Tone. If you call back, you get message tone and can leave a message, but message is not saved to message store. Third call, message is saved and can be retrieved. If you wait longer than a minute, first call you get message tone and can leave a message, but message is not saved in the message store. Second call, message is saved and can be retrieved.
Recently upgraded from 4.0.5 to 4.2.1. Standalone voicemail, with Exchange 2000 SP3 Message Store. GW-Unify Connector installed and working.

I believe what you are seeing is expected behavior. After creating a new mailbox in Unity, it will take a minute or two for the Exchange RUS (Recipient Update Service) to update the newly created mailbox making it ready for use by Exchange/Unity.

Further testing has proved it does works, it just worked a lot quicker in the past. Wanted to make sure there where no issues. Thanks.
