Unity monitor and audit tool

Is there a tool in Unity that will give out info as to if there has been a patch applied or a service pack installed? I have a Unity 4.04 server that is running, and had a few problems, and I need to figure out if someone has been working on this. Specifically, I wondered if not by default, is there somewhere I can tunr on this auditing?

If a hotfix has been installed, you would see

Event Type: Information

Event Source: NtServicePack

Event Category: None

Event ID: 4377

Computer: TEMPLATE

Description:

Windows 2000 Hotfix KB823182 was installed.

You can audit logon to see who was on during that time. In addition, you can audit file changes on Winnt folder for service packs and hotfix installs.
