We have Cisco Unity integrated with O365 for Unified Messaging. I see from this URL that only 1800 users are supported with one service account and if we need more then we need to add another service and associated additional users.

But I have a feeling it supports more users. Does anyone know how many users we can associate with a single Unified messaging service?
