We are running Unity 4.2(1). With dialing domain and digital networking, our Unity servers each know about the other via the Pilot numbers in the Dialing Domain Options webpage of the SA. Each of our Unity servers is in a different domain, different Exchange administrative group (so each Unity has its own partner server). They do not know about each other by URL http://unityserver/ciscopca or https. When a subscriber attempts to go to a different URL than his own Unity server and logs into PCA, he will get error "There is no mailbox for this account. Try
logging on with a different account or contact your System Administrator." We are using Windows Integrated Authentication for PCA as configured in the Default Web for each Unity server. Not sure if that matters.
