Unity - Receive ErrorCannotEstablishWinscockConnection

When running a SCCP test from Unity I receive ErrorCannotEstablishWinscockConnection.  I have a Unity7x application integration with a CUCM ver 8.5.  The unusual part is that it resolves with one server and not the second.  They are both on the same switch.

Here a sample of the log:

Testing Device 1 - Unity100F1-VI1
Device SecurityMode is Non-Secure.
*** Device Test Succeeded with Errors - Registration succeeded with at least 1 CUCM/CCM.

   CUCM/CCM Server 1 [10.241.241.192, TCP Port 2000] - Register Test Succeeded.
     Resolved IP Address as 10.241.241.192.

   *** CUCM/CCM Server 2 [10.241.241.191, TCP Port 2000] - Register Test Failed.
     Resolved IP Address as 10.241.241.191.
     Failure Reason: ErrorCannotEstablishWinsockConnection
     Troubleshooting Tip: Make sure that the CUCM/CCM Server is accessible via the network and is otherwise operating correctly.

Any thoughts?

Try restarting the callmanager services on that CUCM server and try the test again.
