Unity SA WEB access

Justin Pascal

Unity 4.0(4) with failover

Windows 2003, Exchange 2003 SP1

I want that some users access SA web.

Use GrantUnityAccess.exe

It wasnt working until I add the account as Local Administrator

DO WE NEED LOCAL ADMIN RIGHTS?

To access or with CoS in SA web is fine?

Thanks Unity gurus

The account must be a member of the domain admins group (if Unity is a domain controller) or the local administrators group (if Unity is a member server) or at a minimum have the right to log on locally to the Unity server. They must also have a COS with rights to access Unity administration. Please see the following link for confirmation.

Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.
