Hi,
Unity version = 7.0(2.0)
Partner Exchange 2010 SP2
I've a HA setup, using Unified messaging. Both the Unity servers/Domian controller and Exchange servers are in the same Data Center.
When Secondary is active, everything works fine however when we make the primary active, MWI doesn't work. Messages are also gettign stuck in MTA folder. I can see UMYSync service manual/stopped. I've to restart it manually and the messages are delivered but it gets stopped again. I've bounced AvCSGateway few times on both nodes but whenever Primary server is made active, we have these issues.
Event Viewer is showing the following error continously:

Description:
A MAPI function call to the Microsoft Exchange server took 5906 milliseconds, which exceeds the system threshold of 5000 milliseconds. The most likely causes are an overloaded Exchange server or poor network connectivity to the Exchange server. This is likely to affect the operation of the Cisco Unity server in a number of ways, including slow response or delays during phone calls, ports getting stuck or not answering calls, and Unity failover if a secondary server is active.
To troubleshoot this problem, enable all AvWM micro traces using the Cisco Unity Diagnostic Tool (UDT), and investigate the Exchange server for high system load and other indications that maintainance is required. For more information, please consult the Troubleshooting Guide For Cisco Unity with Microsoft Exchange.
Technical Details:
Method IMAPISession::OpenMsgStore (returned 0x8004011D)
Exchange Server: SAUSEXDAG02
Outstanding Server MAPI Requests: 0
Parent Process: AvMsgStoreMonitorSvr.exe
Wondering if anybody can give me some insite what could be happening here?
Thanks in advance,
Kapil

Kapil,
I'm curious to know a little history here:
Was Unity previously partnered with an earlier version of Exchange and, if so, did you have these problems before migrating over to 2010?
What ES are you running on the Unity server(s)?
Hailey
