Hey folks.
Are the UCSE 644-101 and UCSE 642-103 exams identical? The only one that can be booked is the 642-103.
I've got some of the Boson Qs for 644-101, but they seem to be out of date. Some Qs refer to platform overlays for example that aren't current supported overlays.
How up to date is the 642-103 exam then? Should I be learning all the old overlays aswell!!?? Is 644-101 the newer one? If so why can't I book it in the UK?
There doesn't seem to be much exam specific study texts so I'm using cisco.com, but I'd be gutted if I drop marks because I'm using the lasted info.....
Cheers,
NJ.

Hi NJ -
The UCSE 642-103 exam is the former 644-101 - here is the Cisco link http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/learning/le3/le11/learning_all_certification_exams_list.html. From this link, click on the Unity exam hyperlink. It says "The 642-103 UCSE exam measures the knowledge of technicians who install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Cisco Unity 4 systems." Another place to check for study information is KnowledgeNet, out of Scottsdale Arizona. I have taken several of their classes and they do a great job of preparing you for the UCSE exam. You can take the Live class with an instructor via the Internet or get the "express" version which is on CD, but still has all of the labs and questions.
Regards,
Ginger
