Unity Upgrade and new server build

Ok this may be a long winded one but here it goes.

I currently have a unity 3.1.5 with exchange 5.5 in a data domain.(3rd party build, not my fault!!) I am planning on building a 4.1 server with exchange 2003 in its own domain. I need to get all the voice mail and unity user accounts from the 3.1.5 server to the 4.1 server.

What is the best way to do this. Also, is there a guide that is out there with the directions on this type of "Upgrade" ?
