We are planning to upgrade our unity from 4.0(2) to 4.2(1)
We dont have the CD. is it possible for us to download the software from cisco site. We are having the SASU contract.
I have mentioned our requirement.
We are planning to configure failover by installing another unity server. For this we are planning to upgrade the unity first. Once this is through we need to remove the exchange from the unity box. configure the exchange out of the box and install seocondary unity server and configure failover.
Please let us know the procedure for the upgrade.
