Setup is Unity UM 4.03 with Call Manager 3.33 sr4a.
Application is Viewmail for Outlook 4.03b
At the main site I can have outlook open, select the deskphone next to a pc as the playback device, and be able to play a message through the phone.
At a remote site, when I attempt to set up the phone as a playback device, the initial text box requesting the directory number, unity server, and domain fails. It indicates a permissions issue.
The remote site users are in their own container in the same domain that the unity server is in. I don't see how this should make a difference or where I can fix the permissions issue if there is one.
Voicemail from the phone alone works just fine.
Any suggestions?
