Unity, VPIM and digital networking

Question regards the VPIM and digital networking.

Q1) If the two Unity servers integrated to same Exchange server, is this not valid the digital networking between the Unity servers and do I need configure primary location on both Unty servers with unique dial ID.

Q2) 1st Unity server integrated to the Exchange server which installed voice connector and the 2nd Unity which has own Exchange server without vocie connector connected via digital networking to the 1st Untiy server. in this case, is the 1st Unity only configure VPIM and the 2nd communication all VPIMs via 1st?

1a ) You can integrate two unity servers with the same exchange server for digital networking.

1b) Each Unity needs a unique Display Name and Dial ID.
