How can i update my CUCM 10.5 to 12.5 without tech support connected

What you mean with "without tech support connected"?

To Download this software, you must have a valid service contract associated to your Cisco.com profile.
If you do not have a service contract you can get one through:
  • Your Cisco Account Team if you have a direct purchase agreement with Cisco
  • Your Cisco Partner or Reseller
Once you have the service contract you must associate your service contract to your Cisco.com user ID with Profile Manager

Then you should get a valid service contract.

 

You could do the upgrade without a service contract, if you have all the relevant upgrade ISO's, and locale files, ...

 

But without a valid service contract, you can't upgrade the licenses.

You need licenses for CUCM 12.x, which needs to be in a Smart Account, where the CUCM then needs to register to.

Without a valid support contact you can not reach the goal that you have to update your system. As @b.winter wrote you'll need to have a service contract to get your licenses from the CM 10.5 into the correct format to work with version 12.
