Upgrade CUEAC from 8.5 to 8.6

   Hi people, I am making an upgrade of CUEAC from 8.5 to 8.6. My question if I need some additional license. I have full license that was purchase and was activated.

No new licenses would be required for the CUEAC upgrade from version 8.5 to 8.6.

Hi,

As Manish said, a new license would not be required; however we TAC needs to reset the LAC (License Authorization Code). You can open a TAC SR and inlcude details below:

Cisco sales order (SO) number

Cisco purchase order (PO) number

LAC code

Registration code from sever licensing page

Customer Name

Resellers name

Product SKU (part code)

Product name

Product quantity

Login account used to access the www.cisco.com/go/ac website to download products & activate licenses
