Upgrade from CUCM 9.0.X to 11.5. PCD only?

Hello, if you look here:

It states that upgrade from 8.X to 11.5 can be done by OS, from 9.1 the same, but for some reason upgrade from 9.0.X to 115 must by done PCD. It seems strange, is this an error in the docs? OR there is something special in 9.0.X?

I am not sure about above document, but PCD migration is quite easy and wouldn't require any downtime as well.

 

If you decide to perform migration using PCD and then if the DRF backups fails, you may be hitting below defect:

Thanks, I may consider using PCD since it's free and all, but it strikes me as odd (9.0.X being the black sheep of version)
