Upgrade MP App Server from 8.0.0.393 to 8.0.1.3

I want to upgrade from MeetingPlace Application Server 8.0.0.393 to 8.0.1.3 with a .bin file (CUMP_AppServerUpgrade_8_0_1_3.bin). Can someone please help me with a detailled explanation?

I would imaginge you would have to burn th bin file to a dvd and then read teh upgrade.txt file. It would probably say something like login to the system and run

meetingplace:tech$ update

I am going to give this a go tomorrow so will let you know how if goes
