What is the exact version you're running?

So, you have PAB and fast dials working, you just enable the conference now option in the user page and those stop working?

Hi Jaime,

We are at 11.5.1.12900.2.  Here is what I just found.  I reset the Pin # for the user when I set up the Conference Now for that user.  That broke the Personal Address Book and Fast Dial. Via the Self care Portal, I  reset the Pin # to the original Pin # (to the Pin # before the new Conference Now Pin # ) and Personal Address Book and Fast Dials are working again. But it looks like I can never assign a new Pin # otherwise the Personal Address Book/Fast Dial will not not work. Which then is also the Pin # for the Conference Now. Yikes. No flexibility.  No security.
