We recently upgraded to CUAC Advanced 10.5 from CUEAC 8.6. Of the 10 consoles deployed, 5 of them have reported that their MS OCS communicator client repeatedly pops up every 30 seconds (also taking focus so that anything they were typing gets typed in the Comunicator search field)
We have tried disabling presence in the CUAC console preferences and also changing it to Cisco Presence but it still pops up.
Has anyone else experienced this or knows how to resolve it? Thanks

I had the same issue, but after a reboot my issue resolved itself.

Thanks Curtis - yes looks like it's no longer an issue after a reboot of the CUACA server
