Hello,
I'm trying to upgrade a CUC from 7.1.5.33900 to 7.1.5.35901.
The installation went well, but I'm unable to switch version, from browser or from CLI.
When I entered utils switch-version, I got several ERRORS:
- first: ERROR: Acquiring Lock failed. I did a utils system restart
- then: ERROR: Sync after switch version failed.
I did multiple restart, and I always have the Sync after switch version failed.
Do you have any idea?

You can collect them via RTMT > Trace and Log Central

Can you try reinstalling the upgrade file after restarting server and then do a switch version. If the issue persists then you need to gather the install logs to troubleshoot further.

I try to reinstall the upgrade file and to do a switch version again.
I'm still having ERROR: Sync after switch version failed
How can I acces the install logs?
