Upgrading from CUCM 10.5.1 to 11.5.1(SU4) - Upgrade Type (Standard vs Refresh)

Hi *,

I wanted to know, wheter an upgrade from CUCM 10.5.1 to 11.5.1(SU4) is considered a refresh upgrade or a standard upgrade. Personally I tend towards a standard upgrade, as of the reason that the underlying operation system still stays on RHEL 6.

Any input on this?

Upgrade guide and RN are the two documents that have to be thoroughly reviewed in order to plan for an upgrade.

thank you for your reply. I just saw it under the COP-File section. Wouldn't have asked if I saw it right away. It's a standard upgrade.
