We're running Attendant Console Standard 12.0.1 and we're not getting any presence information with the contacts. We replaced the operator's Windows 7 PC with a Windows 10 PC and reloaded the Attendant Console Standard along with the TSP client. We're pointing to the publisher for the information but maybe we should be pointing to the IM server instead? The Jabber client is working fine. Any ideas?
