Upgrading Unity to Windows 2003

I want to upgrade my Unity server from W2K to Windows Server 2003. I'm running Unity UM 4.2.1 with an Exchange 2003 partner server. I think the procedure will be as follows:

Backup using Disaster Recovery Backup

Copy backup file offline

Uninstall Unity

Reinstall OS (Windows Server 2003)

Reinstall same version of Unity (4.2.1)

Restore data with Disaster Recovery Restore

Am I missing anything?
