I have a external SX20 and Internal jabber user

The jabber user name is test@cisco.com and extension number is 999

I want inbound dialing to CUCM

But the path is external SX20 > VCS-E > VCS-C > CUCM > Internal jabber user

I can dialing 999@cisco.com,It is successful

But can`t be use test@cisco.com to dialing

Can VCS be use the username@domain to CUCM?

Or where I'm setting error?

I'd suggest you have a good look through the Cisco VCS and CUCM Deployment Guide and check that your configuration is at least similar to the suggested configuration to enable calls between VCS and CUCM registered endpoints.  It sounds very much like you're missing a search rule.

If the above hasn't solved your issue, I'd suggest you move your discussion from the Unified Communications Applications section of the forums to the TelePresence section where these types of devices are more actively discussed.
