I've run into what I consider to be a strange issue with running User Data Dump reports out of a 10.5 system that has Unified Messaging enabled. This is the first system I've administered that has UM Single Inbox turned on, and I'm getting some strange results.
It seems for every one of my users that use the ViewMail app in Exchange, that the statistics on the number of unread messages in the mailbox, and the last time messages were checked, are grossly incorrect. As an example, my account in the report I generated today, says that I have 29 unread messages, the oldest of which is 53 days old. That doesn't match up with my mailbox, when I dial in and check it :)
Is this just a "known issue", or is there a way to get valid data on this? I'm trying to find unused mailboxes so they can be deleted.
