User does not work correctly in Unity

Hello
We have a customer with a Unity server integrated with Exchange. Everything works fine except one user.
The issue is this: The user calls his mailbox and then he gets a message saying "the connection with the message server is lost" then he can introduce his PIN and listen to his messages.
I have tried to delete the user and re-create it but the issue happens again. I think that it should be a permission problem within the Exchange, but this part is unknown for me. Any ideas? I would really appreciate it

Start by running the Permissions Wizard to validate all of the permissions. When it's done also double-check that the Exchange Delegations are in place.

The problem was solved.
It was a problem on the datastore, was the only one created in a different one.
